How can I track my order?
You can track your order online by clicking on order status in the customer care section of this site. Just log in and select the order to track. You can view information on the status of that order, as well as a tracking number.
What payment options do you accept?
We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, or Properly Posh Baby Giftcards! (Our favorite)
How are packages shipped?
We Properly package our shipments via USPS or UPS. If shipping to PO Boxes it will be shipped USPS only.
Do you ship to APO/FPO Boxes?
Do you ship outside of the United States?
Yes. Extra shipping charges will apply to Canada, Alaska and Hawaii and International orders. Expect longer shipping times outside the US. Rates start at $7.95 and up.
What is your return policy?
Properly Posh Baby is committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it, in its original unused condition and packaging, for a refund, exchange or store credit within 5 days of receipt of the item. Once we receive your return, we will issue you a credit. If we find that the merchandise has been used, your merchandise will be sent back to you at your expense. Please be advised that until there is proof that we have received your merchandize, it is your property. We encourage you to send all returns via insured mail and delivery confirmation for tracking and protection against loss or damage. We are not responsible for any returned packages lost in shipping.
- We cannot refund shipping costs, and the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- We cannot except returns on sale items, which are final sale items.
- All holiday items are considered final sales the day of the holiday. Packages postmarked on or after the day of the holiday will be rejected.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of personalized items.
Orders for custom-made and personalized items cannot be cancelled once the order is placed, and these items cannot be returned
How do I make a return/exchange?
Returns will be promptly handled upon their arrival in our warehouse. Look for an exchange or store credit in the next few weeks, credit card refunds require a bit more patience—they'll appear in your next billing cycle.
Returning a Gift
If you need to return a gift, please note that we're unable to issue a refund to anyone other than the person who originally placed the order. You may request a Properly Posh Baby Gift Card or exchange by indicating that the item was a gift. Please be sure to include the name and address of the person who placed the order with Properly Posh Baby
How do I purchase a gift certificate?
Gift Certificates are available in any amount and are wrapped at no extra cost in a Properly Posh Baby gift card box. Gift cards over $99 will come with our Properly Posh Baby powder hand sanitizer.
How do I redeem a gift certificate?
Online or by phone Gift cards can not be returned. Merchandise purchased with a gift card can only be exchanged or given a store credit.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
We would love to Properly wrap your posh package with our signature Properly Posh Baby design! Gift wrapping is $8.00.
